Hi — I’m Chad Koslovsky, a Colorado-based product engineer and founder. I’m
applying as the individual developer who will do the work and communicate with
your team and clients directly; I do not subcontract.

For 15+ years I’ve taken unclear requirements through product design, frontend,
backend services, APIs, data modeling, deployment, debugging, and support. My
strongest day-to-day stack is React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL,
REST and GraphQL APIs, authentication, integrations, background jobs, Docker,
AWS, and Linux. I also build AI-assisted workflows using retrieval, structured
outputs, tool orchestration, evaluation, and human review. Python and shell
automation are part of the broader toolkit when a project calls for them.

Technomancy IT grew from my freelance practice into a small technical shop. I
earned Upwork’s Top Rated badge and ranked among the top 10% of freelancers,
and I’m comfortable working directly with U.S.-based clients: asking precise
questions, explaining tradeoffs in plain English, and giving clear updates
when requirements or risks change.

I’ve also helped teams ship fundraising systems used in raises totaling
millions of dollars and built or secured applications where money, purchasing,
ownership, and transaction paths had to be handled carefully. That experience
made access control, auditability, failure modes, and responsible debugging
part of how I build—not a final checklist.
